I recently stayed at this luxury hotel in Taipei and had a mixed experience. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was in a very good area with easy access to local attractions. The room was well-appointed and the bathroom had strong showers. The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent and the breakfast options were varied. The hotel also had a beautiful Italian restaurant, Bencotto, with a special truffle menu.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and gave me restless nights.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my family and I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a luxurious feel and a personal touch that made our stay even more special. I especially loved the amenities provided in the room, and the fact that some rooms had their own small balcony was a nice bonus. The hotel is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood, perfect for those who want to be in the business district but still have a peaceful environment. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei.

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city so much easier. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay unforgettable.
The coffee at breakfast was not up to par, and was the worst aspect of my stay. , the gym was smaller than expected and lacked some equipment.
